Sales Terms

Registration for a Geensoft training course constitutes a firm order.

Registrations are recorded in their order of arrival until the course is full.

Trainees receive their invitations two weeks before the start of the course at the latest.

Registration fees

Registration fees for Geensoft training courses are charged at a fixed rate in accordance with the current applicable prices. Prices are shown excluding tax. The VAT applicable rate must be added.

All courses attended in part are charged in full.

Registration fees are paid in full, without any discount, on receipt of the invoice that is sent at  completion of the training cession.

If the training is paid for by an OPCA (funding organization), the company must make sure that the said organization agrees to cover the costs before the training starts and must give notice of this fact when registering. If the training is funded in part by a funding organization, the outstanding sums will be billed directly to the company. If Geensoft has not received notice that the funding organization agrees to pay for the training, the training will be billed to the company in full.

Cancellations

Concerning on-site trainings :

• In case of cancellation less than fifteen (15) days before the scheduled start date of the training or;
• In case of no show to a intra-company training without prior cancellation, the Client remains liable for all costs incurred by Geensoft for this course.
  

Concerning public trainings :

• For cancellations received less than eight (8) days before the scheduled start date of the course, Geensoft will charge a late cancellation fee which amount will represent one hundred percent (100%) of the list price of the course .
• In case of no show at planned course without prior cancellation, Geensoft will charge hundred percent (100%) of the list price of the course.
  

Customer has the ability to send someone from the same company to replace a student whose registration has been confirmed, on the condition that the substitute fullfills the criteria of acceptance to the course.

Geensys reserves the right to postpone a training if enrollments are insufficient. In this case, the company will be informed at least one week before the scheduled starting date of the training course.
