Geensoft SAS is led by an extremely experienced executive management team that includes Thierry Gueguen as CTO, Michel Hagege as VP of Worldwide Sales and Eliane Fourgeau as CEO. Marc Frouin, formerly Geensys’ President, is heading Geensoft’ Supervisory Board.
Eliane Fourgeau, CEO
Eliane Fourgeau, one of the co-founders of Geensoft, holds the position of CEO and VP Marketing, based in Paris. Prior to joining TNI-Software in 2005 that merged into Geensys SAS in 2007, where she held the position VP Sales & Marketing, Eliane was European Sales Director at Cadence. After many years spent in the semiconductor industry in California, working on innovative Telecommunication & Consumer products, she successively held different management positions in Marketing and Sales in the international EDA industry. Eliane received her PhD and MS degree at the École Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications in Paris.
Thierry Gueguen, CTO
Thierry Gueguen, one of the co-founders of Geensoft, holds the position of CTO, based in Brest.
Thierry was also a co-founder and CEO of TNI-Software in 2005 that merged into Geensys SAS in 2007, where he was one of the General Managers. Before that, he co-founded Coala, a start-up company that was introduced on the Paris New Market and later acquired by SAGE. Thierry has over 15 years of object oriented languages experience, including Smalltalk, Lisp, Signal, Hood and various others. Thierry received his MS degree at the CPI in Lyon and his PhD in Computer Sciences from the French Institut d'Informatique Industrielle in Brest.
Michel Hagege, VP Sales
Michel Hagege, co-founder of Geensoft, has over 25 years of experience in the Electronics Design Automation Industry. Michel joined Geensoft from Geensys where he was the Director of Automotive BU. Prior to Geensys, he served as the Southern Europe Sales Director for Synopsys. He also held various technical and sales management roles at Cadnetix, Anacad, Mentor and Cadence. He began his career as design engineer at Alcatel.
Marc Frouin, Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Marc Frouin is co-founder of Geensoft and Chairman of the company Supervisory Board.
Marc brings more than 20 years of experience in the management of electronics companies, both in France and the US, dealing with large global customers in the field. In particular, Marc was co-founder and CEO of Nomai, a consumer electronics company which he introduced on the Paris Stock Exchange in 1995 and later sold to Iomega. Marc received his MS degree from the French Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts et Métiers and his MBA from INSEAD, which also awarded him the INSEAD Entrepreneur of the Year award in 1997.
